• Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles or obtain a third-party inspection before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment or agreed financing must be completed before vehicle release.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cashier's Check, Bank Transfer, Financing.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold a vehicle.

4. Title & Registration

• Gpat Autos LLC will provide a valid title, unless otherwise disclosed.
• Customers are responsible for vehicle registration, taxes, and insurance.
• Title processing timelines may vary.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.
• No returns or refunds.

6. Vehicle Condition Disclosure

• We strive to disclose known issues.
• Minor cosmetic or mechanical issues may not be listed.
• Mileage is based on odometer readings and may not reflect total lifetime mileage in all cases.

7. Test Drives

• A valid driver's license is required for all test drives.
• Customers are responsible for any damage, tickets, or violations incurred during test drives.

8. Financing (If Applicable)

• Financing approval is subject to lender requirements.
• Gpat Autos LLC is not responsible for third-party lender decisions or terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gpat Autos LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Mechanical failures after purchase.
• Losses resulting from vehicle use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gpat Autos LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or ownership of purchased vehicles.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the state of Indiana.
• Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
